Vedic astrology predictions, Rashifal, Panchang timings, and all other content in this app are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, psychological, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological content. CosmosPandit and its creators accept no liability for any actions taken based on the app's content.
All Rashifal (horoscope) content is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) based on Vedic astrological principles. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not reflect the full complexity of your personal astrological chart.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CosmosPandit. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Daily Rashifal (horoscope) content is generated using the Anthropic Claude AI model based on Vedic astrological parameters including your Rashi (Moon sign), current planetary transits, and Panchang data.

All content, design, code, branding, and materials in CosmosPandit — including but not limited to the app name, logo, UI design, calculation algorithms, and AI prompt architecture — are the intellectual property of CosmosPandit / Balram Tyagi.
Vedic astrology concepts (Rashi, Nakshatra, Panchang, etc.) are ancient public domain knowledge. Our specific implementation, presentation, and AI-generated content are proprietary.
You may share individual Rashifal cards generated by the app on social media, provided you retain the CosmosPandit watermark and do not claim the content as your own.
CosmosPandit is a free app supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. By using the app, you consent to the display of advertisements. AdMob may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings.
With your permission, we send a daily push notification at 7 AM in your local timezone containing your Rashifal. You may withdraw this permission at any time through your device's notification settings or from within the app. We do not send promotional or marketing push notifications.
We strive to keep CosmosPandit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CosmosPandit and Balram Tyagi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred).
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at cosmosone.app@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
